From the very start you’ll know exactly how much you need to budget with clear quarterly payments that don’t increase. This allows the spread of expenditure and assists the business in maintaining a healthy positive cashflow position.

Be tax efficient.

Office equipment including franking systems, folder inserters and more are all 100% allowable against pre-tax profits. HMRC can advise further on the exact implications but its fair to say that all your payments, including capital and interest is deducted as  “genuine trading expense” and will result in a lower end of year tax liability, you’ll pay less tax. Outright purchases albeit right for some situations, only allow tax relief on the capital outlay/allowances against the equipment. At this time HMRC grant 18% of the cost of the equipment in year one and then 18% in the subsequent years, this is based on a reducing balance each year.
